went to a show to see owens band play at the rink the other night they were really good
but it was owens last show with them since hes going to be focusing more on desoto jones
which i have yet to see live but they have like 2 or 3 shows coming up that i will be attending.
Last night Jessica and I were supposed to go to a show/party in philly but the bands canceled and then the party got busted later on. We almost went to a cabin party, but it was 2 hours away, so instead we went down to egg harbor township like an hour away and hung out with Justin. What a strange kid! haha but strange in a good way, he was cool, very amusing haha and oh so cute lol of course he looked like he could be 16 not 22 haha, Me jess and justin hung out at his house for a bit played with all his TINY dogs and then went to a diner, sat there and chatted, laughed, smoked it was fun, we went back to his house to watch an 80s movie, i cant remember the name of it but it had christian slater and tony hawk in it. so cheesy but so good haha gotta love those movies ya know? we left his house around 7 730am jess had work at 12 and we didnt make it home till 1030am. got lost, can ya tell?
ended up in berlin than atlantic county then back around berlin and back to atlantic county it got so ridiculous!! i used 15bucks of gas money to be back to empty. oh man. haha
jess might still be sleeping, we were thinking about renting house of 1000 corpses but i havent talked to her yet.
i need a good fun party with like 30 people there.

we need to make some friends so we have things to do haha
besides drink on the beach by ourselves lol
its okay though because I love her!
havent hung out with ryan in a while..it kinda sucks. i miss the kid
i miss mike and michelle and rach and lou i miss noel but we never really hung out just the 2 of us, so i still want to do that.
me and jess think a certain few dont really like us anymore..which is upsetting but i guess thats the way life is.
I have so much fun with everyone yet everyone drifts away
i send random texts to mike, hoping to strike up a conversation and i dont get anything in return. always busy, or doesnt feel like hanging out.
it was a big change from the way things were going.
its sorta like that with everyone.

sean is in upstate new york having way to much fun haha canoeing and catching toads and getting sap out of trees and seeing fozes and stuff, hes an outdoors man now haha.
i havent taken pictures in a while, my camera has gone to shit the lens doesnt extend anymore so it doesnt really turn on. only if i get lucky.

oh wait.. my doctor put me on this diet...its ridiculous, i pretty much cant eat ANYTHING!
NO legumes: dried beans and peas, baked beans, soy beans, lima beans
NO milk products: milk, ice cream, cheese
NO Vegetables: Cabbage, radishes, onions, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, cucumbers, sauerkraut, kohlrabi, asparagus
NO Root Vegetables: Potatoes, rutabaga, turnips
NO Fruits: Prunes, apricots, apples, raisins, bananas
NO Creals and Breads: Cereals, breads, pastries, and all food containing wheat and wheat products.
NO Fatty foods: pan friend or deep fried food, fatty meats, rich cream sauces and gravies and any high fat food.
NO liquids that are carbonated and no fizzy medicines
....can someone tell me what i CAN eat?
