When I was a child this dream made me fear for weeks! For some weird reason I have an incredible attachment to that trauma of my childhood :D
Obviously Mister Bergman is a lot more than this: an incredible women director; a deep, ironical, crude an careful analyzer of the human psichology; a creator with a very personal visual universe; a master of suspense and tension, being great both in dramas but also in comedies; follower of a tradition in theater Scandinavian theater had in Ibsen and Strindberg and in the silent cinema Sjöstrom and Stiller - but also the Danish Dreyer- in when the human being, looked through an stiletto, is the whole show and his own influence has been expanded, since his work was spread, by all the world in the work of the most varied filmmakers of many generations, from Holywood to China, from Europe to South America.
(I profit to say you thank you for your support :)
