Finally! Man, this took forever! I was in the middle of a study leave, bored to death and staring at my bookshelf, when this idea came to me. Castiel meets Dream. Judging by the background, Castiel is in the dream world, with The Dreaming in the distance (though I fail epically at making it look like that). giecast wanted Mervyn in, I initially did not know where to put him, I wasn’t gonna, until I got the idea of drawing him creeping at Cas, so you can see he’s appears like an afterthought. But hey, surprise, Gie-chan. Thanks for listening. I couldn't fit Lucien in tho.
As we’ve established before, I’m crap at background stories, all I know is that they are talking about Dean. I don't even have any idea what they’re saying. Dream could be telling Cas to give Dean the asskicking he deserves (at least early S6 Dean), or Dream could be saying something profound like “It is sometimes a mistake to climb, it is always a mistake never even to make the attempt.” (Dream, The Sandman - Fear of Falling), though how that particular quote relates to Cas, again i've no idea. Any suggestions on their conversation topic?
Oh, belatedly, I realised that my subconscious probably suggested this because of Ep11 where Dean met Tessa again, who we all know is based on Gaiman’s Death.
