Christmas = loneliness?

Why many people I know were feeling lonely on Christmas day even when they were in a party? I am single but I am happy because I am surrounded by friends who love me. Perhaps, my short-term as well as long-term missions in life help ( Read more... )

t is okay to feel lonely at times. But, do not wallow in it.

Find yourself a mission and count your blessings.

i agree! whenever i count my blessings, i am glad to be healthy and alive! :)

Hi hi. I who have erred could not judge.

Even though we are seldom in contact, I always hold you close in my thought.

I missed stormville's Christmas party. Hope he will organize something again soon.

i always thought the happiness from helping other people who are less fortunate, so to speak, is different from the happiness you have in your own life, sort of.

i think that perhaps the loneliness stems from thinking about what you do not have. and if you start thinking about what you already have, things that you would miss dearly if you lost them, then perhaps you would start feeling lucky, and thus happy?
