I need a year... if I start in August... by October I'll be gone... I need a solid year in a small market to prove that I can stay here that long and take it... the small market is what weeds the people that can make it and those that can't. It normally takes about 2 months to get your next job (or so I hear) plus I need one more solid story for my tape (which I may have today if I play my cards right)....

you don't need a year for job/career/resume reasons. No one is impressed you can stick it out in a crappy situation. All any new employers care about is how good your tape is... the rest doesnt matter.

Don't they care that you dont jump around though and you can stay in a place for longer than 8 months? I need one more hard ore story and looks like the one I was working on kinda fell through... it will get here soon.. then I'll be adios! :)

Phil is wise man...heed his words

Good luck, sweetheart! Once I get off my customer service ass I could use some pointers on how to make my tape shine!

I wish you the best! :-)
