Oooooh, I'm going to join that board. (Despite the fact that I've never heard of Michael Kitchen or Foyle's War.)I'm going to start a few thousand threads like "Foyle's Fans" and "War's Women" and "Michael's Madmen" and "Kitchen's Comrades". You don't mind, do you? *g*

Actually, I miss the golden oldie days at ST, and I wasn't even around for the goldenest oldie days. I do remember when there were fewer than a hundred people. Running at, what, 1600 or 1700 people now, right? It's just not the same as it used to be.

Good thing I know where to find the cool kids. :)

Doesn't time fly? I was the 94th member on the EZboard. Gasp. Now about 1600 of the posters at ST wouldn't be able to spot me in a line-up. *Sighs* My own fault for losing the CA.

Not going anywhere. Let's face it, I lost heaps of interest in AtS at the end of last year after the Tomorrow debacle.

Will you kill me if I tell you that they were filming Foyle's War 3 miles up the road from me? Eh, it kills me, too, since I wasn't aware until my father informed me that an explosion we'd heard was the stunt team blowing up a car (or similar). I could have been an extra! Or, you know, wandered from the woods in to the line of the camera! But no. I was unaware.

I'm actually starting to get back with the AtS thing. Unfortunately, Cordelia is now my least favourite character, and I'm really hoping that CC leaves. I just can't bear to see what they've done to her, and I figure the easiest way of avoiding it is for her to leave.

Gah! Florrie, we'll miss you. But having completely absconded from another fandom to join this one with no regrets whatsoever, I understand your motivation. Burnout, huh? Sheer disillusionment? Boredom? All of the above?
