It's just so unclear. I'm interested if they can really enforce US law on non-US residents. Needs some research.

They have. The posts is really vague and unhelpful. It's like they're trying to drive us away.

I'm starting to wonder if the theory about an IPO isn't right after all.

It needs a lot backup. It needs questions answered and everything spelled out because otherwise the however many thousands of people who are going to be affected by this are going to (and already have) attack this.
