Has anyone ever actually drank coca-cola and beer? If yes, is it as disgusting as it sounds?

I mean, I'm all for rum and coke, I'm just...not entirely convinced about this beer and coke jazz.

Beer and coke sounds disgusting. I've never had it though, so I can't tell you for sure and should probably reserve my judgment, but yeah...it doesn't sound good.

That's the thing, though. Is it one of those things that SOUNDS yuck, but tastes surprisingly good, like eggplant on pizza?

Mmmm....eggplant. Mmmmm...pizza. I like grilled eggplant. So good. Theres a place in the Valley that does blueberries on pizza.

I suppose one day get me drunk Ill try it. Id prob try it sober anyway.

Really? I think Eggplant on its own is disgusting, but it's pretty tasty on pizza. Also chocolate-blueberry pizza is damn tasty. Our local place does it.

I've had Tia Maria and Coke.
But the other .... it's like that beer and donut flavoured ice cream ... *shudders*

Tia Maria is pretty sweet though, so it'd probably go okay with coke. But, beer is sour. That's why I just...can't... >.>

Eh. I've tried this, and I've experimented with the coke:beer ratio. Maybe I'm using the wrong type of beer, but it's really no good.

*shrug* I've not tried it personally, but it doesn't seem too strange to me - I get people ask for coke in their beers at work reasonably frequently. Not just coke - there's a guy that always drinks XXXX with lime cordial. Or another that drinks pints of Kilkenny with raspberry cordial. ^^ And then there are folks that like sars in their beers, or soda water, or lemonade (a shandy). Coke and beer doesn't seem that weird compared to some of the things people like. *laughs*

We used to have Bundy draught on tap at work. I didn't try it myself, but I'm 99% sure it was rum and coke + beer. It certainly poured like beer, not like soft drink. XD; Now THAT'S nasty.

*g* I love hearing your work stories. The Kilkenny with raspberry cordial doesn't seem that weird to me, cos I'm pretty sure that Snakebites are three different types of beers with some kind of cordial or colouring; XXXX with lime cordial does seem a bit peculiar though.
