Oh Irish Musicians know how to drink into the night
Went to see Vienna Teng at Lincoln Hall, and the opening band (I never pay attention to who will be opening somewhere) happened to be these friend's of Mark's: The Guggenheim Grotto...the ones who kept him out drinking the night before he had to get me at the airport 2 weeks ago. I've never had to kiss someone goodbye at the airport and been so damn happy while boarding the plane before. Sadly it rained and almost no one was at his gig, so it was sort of off, but Elbo Room Sept 21 isn't too far away, so I can wait patiently to see him play and be with him again.
