Second thing. Go to the dentist every six months! I know it's a pain in the arse, and they're constantly drilling holes in things, but they really do need to be checked.

I know they get things wrong all the time, and I've been bitten by quite a bit of dodgy medical advice from well meaning but completely wrong medical professionals, but it's just a necessity.

See how you feel about it in six months time... Please?
