[Flynn was fiddling with his Dreamberry when he caught sight of the strange dream... well, okay, more like he was pinged by that face, awake and alive and well. He definitely has questions about that dream but for now, he just wants to make sure that her talking right now isn't an illusion. After two weeks of staring down at a seeming-inanimate, he had actually been starting to lose hope.]

...Eugene?? [looking up because where is that voice coming from-- and then sighting her Dreamberry]

Oh-- um, hi, Eugene! Is something wrong?

[well, of course it is, she's been asleep for weeks, but she's awake now. also, she doesn't know he's just seen that memory in her dream, but it's still fresh in her mind. she brushes a bit of hair behind her ear-- then realises it's braided and turns to look at it.]

The braid's Aurora's work, I think. You have a very nice roommate.

I just... still don't see how it's possible I could have slept for so very long.

[She hugs Rapunzel back tightly.] Oh Rapunzel! [She gently tucks a strand of braided hair back and smiles.] I'm so glad you're alright. Pascal is correct, you've been asleep for weeks. It's called a sleep coma and... seems to be common here.

Mother's just trying to make sure I do what's best for me. She means well. [truly believes this :| ] I just... don't know if she knows what's best for me any more.
