Considering it is already the 3rd month of the year (can you believe it?)I thought I would re-post my goals that I set in late December a) to remind myself what they are and b) so that we can do a progress update.
1. Be able to run 5km - I was going so well at this but fell off the perch when I went over seas, tomorrow I will get onto it.
