lately I really like pairing a flouncy above the knee skirt with a long tank top pulled down to where the skirt gets flouncy 'cause then I feel like a modern day flapper.

maybe I should cut my hairs again. 1920s bob. does that mean bangs? o.o

It doesn't necessitate bangs, I think. I think you'd look good as a flapper lady, Laura.

Be a flapper despite the lack of alcohol prohibition and rapid unstable economic growth in these times. The country needs it and I think it would be generally great. For example, I am slowly reverting to a weird 1930s lumberjack + 2000s person hybrid language. Example: "He sent me a message e-mail-wise."
