LOL! It's good when parents have a good sense of humor (but i think we've inherited it from them after all... *g*)

Well, you have some time to save some money and take her to London from now on ;)

They had a good sense of humour BEFORE they became parents, otherwise they wouldn't have had children ... xD

So will do, she will love it to go there and I have a good reason to go to london lol

My parents have/had very different kinds of humour. I am more like my dad...he was more sarcastic than my mom lol

Are you still sad? I know, since I'm nagging these days and claim to be the one feeling crappy, I shouldn't even say this, but it won't improve you mood too much to focus on the things now that are out of your reach. Darn, like a nice four-week-vacation in the States or a fun trip to the Bahamas ... You get the picture. After all, you've BEEN in London this year, Möppi! Smile! Last time I was there was in ... urghpff ... 1991? AGES ago. Have not even seen the Eye yet.
Brunch at the lake sounds good and your mom will love that, too, and there will be better days again! Hopefully before WE turn 60 ...
Big hug, Liebelein!

And it is not for me I want to go there but because of my mom. She LOVES london. Comes after me that woman.

what a lovely idea :)

As long as you're not shouting at her as if she's half deaf (my dad is practically that lol), I'm sure she'll forgive you *g*

*hugs and kisses*

Okay this will sound strange now but we are not alone...my late fathers wife will be with us. My mom and her get along well, well at least since my father past away.

Thanks...geez, the weather is kinda bad here lately...I just hope it changes within the next two weeks.
