OK, so if anyone was wondering, the thing NOT to do is drive 1200kms from Goulburn NSW leaving at 6:15am to Brisbane arriving at 9:30pm then finally sit at your desk after a week of no computer and immediately spill orange juice all over your wireless keyboard (without having a normal backup one) (AND before login) thereby rendering it spastic then ( Read more... )

If you're willing to post that corset for me I can pay you for your troubles (as well as postage costs). I want it sent overnight or priority or something, to make up for my slackness. Would you be ok with that?

Bad luck :/

omg what is it with orange juice? I too have had a run with it - I soaked my mp3 player in it (it was in my bag and OJ leaked out and pooled into the bottom). Taking it apart and blow drying it seemed to fix it though - it lasted for a few more years after that.

Take out the batteries and put it through the dishwasher. Leave it 2 days to dry. Voila.

back in the days of incredible stupidness, i spilled bong water all over my keyboard. i did find a way around it though, i used character map, and copied and pasted each individual character. worked like a charm in irc.
