I am quite fond of cupcakes done well, which is to say with an appropriate amount/kind of frosting. It is the portion size I appreciate. I can't remember the last time I was served a piece of cake-cake that I could actually finish by myself in one sitting.

What does "Insanity" the program advise going forward to maintain your fitness? Do they recommend continuing with the videos daily?
