Still having fits but still fighting

I am still having roughly 5ish fits a week,
although yesterday I had 2 in the same day :S

Been feeling a bit lethargic lately but I am
not sure if that is the change in meds or just
a mood because nothing seems to be happening yet.

Dosage increases tomorrow, so we will see how
thing improve or change.
