Amy Grant - Christmas Can't Be Very Far Away (I'm not sure if she's the original singer, but the version I have is by her. It's so beautiful and mellow and makes you feel like you're sat in front of a big log fire!)
In fact, just anything from Amy Grant's two Christmas albums - "A Christmas To Remember" and "Home For Christmas". She's amazing. ;)
