our best kept secret

There is a secret in the Slytherin dormitory and it started before anyone could have recognized it happening. Some of the older students thought about contacting Professor Snape but that seemed like a terrifying last-resort. Some of the others discussed speaking to Dumbledore or McGonnagal, but these options, too - seemed more terrifying than the strange thing that was happening in the dungeons. And if Lindsey and Landry were now ruined for life and probably wouldn’t speak for the next four or five Christmases, well that wasn’t their fault for being so damn good at what they do.)

She would have preferred if they could combine their efforts - surely Draco couldn’t resist both of them if they set their minds to it - but Blaise was clearly playing his own game and she wasn’t invited. The sheer amount of cuddling Blaise was subjecting Draco to was verging on the edge of ridiculous. Or at least, she thought it ( ... )
