An Actual Entry (Let's Go Again And Again And Again)

In an effort to be more awake, I'm pouring more words out onto the page. It's funny, I don't ever think of this as a screen; to me it's just blank paper that hasn't come out of the printer yet.

....... I shouldn't be allowed to have semi-colons. For real, they become WEAPONS OF MASS CONFUSION in my hands! *sobs*

But you have just brought memories of my family's very first computer and printer swirrrrrling forth from the vortex of childhood. I remember a black screen and amber text! I remember this scratching, growling machine that clawed my horrible, horrible, BREATHTAKINGLY WHOLESOME stories onto chains of perforated paper! Dude, I have to find out if those monsters are still around. Iiii want to hug them~

Y-yes. Amber text it always seemed so classy to me! The green was just kind of there, and watery like too much money, but amber text.

It's true, it's true sometimes, that the oldest ways are best. I miss them!

I keep going into junk shops and resale stores, hoping to find one, but I never do. THEY NEED A THOROUGH SQUISHING. To remember what it is to be loved. ♥

We need to develop a search-and-rescue team for all lost, lonely and "outdated" electronics, poor baby-boos sitting in attics, dusty, forgotten ... *sob of raaaage*

HIIIII, the internship goes and goes and makes me miss you! 8[ This week and next, and then I'm in Amsterdam for a few days and then, AND THEN, it's homeward to Canadalaaaand~

...... where more work awaits, but at least there'll be a lighter load, haha.
