depending how many poeple you can crawh with / for how long, look at www.megabus.com which has a special offer on last time i looked if you travel mon/tue/wed/thu you can get some routes for just 50p booking fee. might work for journey back at least.

Hey can you tell me more about BiFest? Hopelessly out of the loop on such things... We will still be in town on 10 Dec, it's just 5 days before we leave for the States for Xmas...
