I'm doing laundry. And I'm making dinner. And if the laundry finishes before I'm ready for it, I don't give a rat's ass. It can stay down there without fear of someone removing it, stealing it, or doing pervy things with it. It will sit there quietly until I'm ready for it ( Read more... ) -

Woo hoo! I have (mostly) moved into the house! And had the internet hooked up today, so I'll finally be able to, say, post and pay bills and change my address for crap. Whee!

First things first: Yay Harry Potter!!!
Let's see... house news. I had the inspection yesterday, and it went pretty well. The shingles are nearing the end of their useful life, and most likely will have to be replaced in the next 2-5 years. The water tank is older, too. About 60% of the wiring is updated, but the other 40% is knob and tube. ( Read more... ) -
