1)My dr said the increased risk of diabetes was only concurrent with weight gain from the antidepressants. So if you don't get weight gain from them then your risk wasn't increased. And exercising, whatever your weight, had the usual decreasing of risk.
So it isn't direct. It is the side effects of the antidepressant that increased the risk. So healthy eating and healthy exercise levels can effectively counteract that risk just fine. Yay!

2) god I'm glad I'm not on benzodiazipine then.

ah good I do plan on lossi9ng more weight being able to eat and fruit or more veggies would help tho..

Oh Yeah ! But i can has capsicum n beans n crn and peas in small ammounts once a week. Now!! as well as potatos celery onion and iceberg letuce.. wonder if barley grass will be bad tho..
