These problems are not easily solved, and I doubt he'll get evicted. He could be fined for extra roomates tho.

While I pray he wins Tatts and moves away and yes I have prayed I also got told he ain't going nowhere. So I have practice exercises in dealing with his type.

Doubt he will get more than a letter which I hope he might read but trust he will disregard next time he "needs " to do whatever it is.
