Hey darlin,
Nice blog! I just have to say... I think this experience is going to be great in that it's giving you a solid, insider background so that eventually you can make changes to the system on a macro-level. You are so political and passionate. I see policy-making in your future (after/alongside the teaching of course). Congrats on embracing this step in your path!

thanks Angel! - for the encouragement, and for being the first friend to comment on my brand new blog! Aaah yes, the macro level. I think the general lack of kids on the policy making level might make that work slightly unattractive to me....but hey, maybe some day I'll get sick of the little ankle biters and feel the itch for some adult bureaucratic fun.
