{OOC} Glossary of Terms and Romanizations

Fluorite - While I have taken CLAMP's spelling of Fay for his first name, I decided I would rather use the correct spelling of "Fluorite" for his last name. I'm pretty certain that the "Flourite" spelling in the character guide is a typo, since it's a common one for the name of that particular stone. CLAMP clearly meant for his name to be the actual stone, since they used the proper kanji for "fluorite" in the Seres flashback chapters. Del Rey agrees with this.
Gehenna - Name taken from the Jewish equivalant to the Christian concept of Hell by CLAMP as the word for Valeria's Hell.
Raki - A fruit from Seres that resembles a radish or, perhaps, a strawberry. It is red with a crown of leaves coming from the top.
Ruval Castle - My preferred spelling for the castle in Seres. No real reason for this one.
Seres - This is the romanization I have picked for Fay's country. It's a little different from the one most people use, but I have my reasons for doing so. Fay's country is named after Seres, a mecha from another of CLAMP's series called Magic Knight Rayearth. In the Rayearth canon, most of the characters and mecha (aside from Rayearth itself) are named after cars. Seres is named after the Toyota Corolla Ceres. While I would normally have chosen Ceres in that case, Seres' seal encorporates the letter S, indicating that CLAMP intended for Seres' name to begin with that letter. Thus, I have squished the two intentions together and come up with Seres. This is also beside the fact that this spelling is closest to the one Del Rey uses (Seresu), except that it has been further romanized.
Spia - Seres' word for "spell."
Valeria - My prefered romanization of Fay's birth country. Also the one Del Rey uses.
"Vi la princia" - "My only princess" in Seres' language (again, Del Rey romanization).
Wizard - CLAMP's chosen translation of Fay's title of majutsushi ("magician" is also an acceptable translation).
