I do hope that everyone has found some way to keep warm this past week. Huddling together to share warmth is always the best idea, if I do say so myself. *has been using several layers of blankets, wrapped tight around him, since returning from work. he hadn't even gone down to the kitchens for dinner and had instead just picked up hot food from one of the town's restaurants on the way home - that way he could just stay in the room. it wasn't as if he couldn't function in this cold, far from it, but that didn't mean he was enjoying it. he'd give quite a lot right now for a balmy hot summer night like the ones back home.... as long as the witch couldn't hear that, it was fine for him to wish anyhow, tch.*

*pauses thoughtfully for a moment, then moves to get up*

*not even going to ask what that silent pause was about. he couldn't believe he'd let the man not only sleep with him the night before, but he was expecting the same tonight. it was too damned cold though. and... it wasn't as if the man hadn't been in his bed before. at least this time he was wearing clothes and wasn't previously a cat...*

Tch, I still don't get why you aren't bothered by this. It's nearly spring, damnit. *said more sulkly than as if he really didn't understand - given the man's clothes when he'd arrived this time around, it didn't take a genius to realize he had dealt with cold temperatures before.*
