Was worried sick about you. I remembered that you went away to visit friends, and then suddenly you were MIA. I was so close to sending out a search party, lol. Glad you're back and fine and alive!

And um, I have no work out music at the moment, but try that Tick Tock song and the Rock Your Body from the Black Eyed Peas.

I'm sorry you were worried! I did go away for a long weekend in which I played outside all the time and spent little to no time on the computer and then I came back and got busy so I wasn't online much again. But I'm here, I'm good!

The Black Eyed Peas are AWESOME workout music.

Ugh, I cannot STAND Tik Tok because the lyrics are dumb and she sounds like an idiot, but the chorus is fairly catchy. Some new songs I really do like that have a pretty good beat are In My Head by Jason Derulo and Sexy Chick (thought I don't remember who its by and that might not be its actual title, but its what they call it on the radio). One song that always makes me feel more cheerful and I usually have to sing along is Soul Sister from Train. Its got a pretty good beat, so I think it would be good to work out to.

Um, a lot of my other favorite workout music is kind of hardcore metal, so I don't know if you'd be into it.

YES, I think she's dumb, haha. I will have to check out the ones you recommended though! My dad gave me this free iPod shuffle he got with his big new tv and it's being given the job of bearing all my workout tunes but it's only half full so far.
