Madeleine L'Engle has died.

"A Wrinkle in Time" helped to form much of my intellectual curiosity. I read it almost every year all the way through my adolescence. It's time to get it out again tonight.

First Pavarotti and now Madeleine L'Engle? Waaaah! She is one of my all-time favorite authors. I read as much of her books as I could get. Did you read any of her adult fiction novels?

I have read some of them, but not enough. I think there is a massive reading marathon in my future, once I finish "Special Topics in Calamity Physics". I think this is a good time to revisit her Biblical works ("Many Waters", etc.), considering what's going on in my life spiritually and personally. Dating someone who is in the process of conversion is challenging in unusual ways.
