by the way, how are your CSRs? i wanna go in and match something from staples' own website sometime this week, but i dont wanna have to verbally fight for it if the CSR is a bitch.

update: i just went to staples and was about to get the match from the website, but it was ruined by this fat CSR who came out of nowhere and said it was a pricing error.

update2: i tried again and it took your manager (nazri or whatever his name is) 40 minutes to figure out that he's stupid as he refuses to 100% match staples' own website, against staples policy

at least there was a hot girl working there
