I can't believe its 27 days. Well breathe, because my Team Leader (Boss, in non-hippie corporate terminology) gave me the night of the 6th off, and the wedding, since I requested it off as soon as we were allowed to request time off. I don't dick around. Just tell me when the rehersal dinner is and I'll request that off too

Totally with you on the non-religious wedding. It is YOUR wedding, after all.

If I ever get married, I can't begin to imagine my mother's horror at it being completely unmarred by Catholic dogma. F that noise.
