Sincere congratulations! My Husby & I haven been trying to get pregnant for 8 months now. I was interested in your post from 'clucky' cos it looks like you're a big girl like me (I'm 120kg). Everyone tells me I won't get pregnant til I hit under 100kgs and I'm trying sooo hard to lose the weight. You look like you're really happy - so best of luck and thanks for letting me know there is hope!

Well all those ppl who are telling you that it won't happen... Tell 'em to go get 'emselves stuffed!!
2 days before I delivered Jade, I topped the scales at 139kgs (not happy to admit that one!!), BUT, at my 11 week ante natal appointment, my weight was 134.. So I only put on 5 kgs the whole pregnancy.
I guess its a matter of pure luck. I'm on the weight loss journey now. I don't want to be a big girl looking after my daughter. I want to be able to keep up with everything she gets into. Hopefully within the next year I can at least lose 50kgs!
Questions & stuff..

I've heard that big women don't put on as much weight when they're carrying which is a good thing I guess! Did you have any extra complications during the pregnancy cos of your weight? I would really like a natural birth but I'm worried pre-eclampsia or other issues due to my weight could force me to have a c-section. Did you excercise much during your pregnancy? I'm such a couch potato!
Jade looks perfectly healthy so you must have done something right :)
