HereHereHereHere [ Personality ] :
Minako is generally seen with a cheerful personality, contrasting with Minato’s seemingly calm disposition. Her choices when interacting with other people reflect this cheer she has. For example, when Junpei approaches her to take her out for ramen, one of the choices she can have is, “Sweet! Let’s go!” Minako’s cheer is coupled with her enthusiasm and the pure energy she has. An example of this is when she meets her homeroom teacher, Ms Toriumi, and a choice the player can make is “Nice to meet you!” and she will comment on the enthusiasm Minako displays.
She is unusually charismatic, but it’s subtle and quiet. Her charisma runs beneath the surface of her peppy and enthusiastic attitude. Minako draws people to her, most notably those with problems in their growth as a person. It also helps her with her role as the ‘leader’ of the SEES operation in Tartarus. She deals with the stigma of being ‘unfit’ for this role because she is a woman with tolerance, and Misturu’s influence makes it easier for her. In fact, Minako seems to ignore the comments made about it in the beginning of the game, for there are no prompts to reply to Junpei’s dislike. It could be that she felt that she couldn’t do anything about it through words, and that it was something that needed to be seen in action.
Unsurprisingly enough, she is one who defends others, even if she hasn’t known the person for very long. For example, three days after she arrives in the dorm, she protects Yukari from being attacked by Shadows, despite the fact that they don’t really know each other. Another example is during the Hermit Social Link, in which someone she knows gets accused for ‘seducing’ another girl’s boyfriend, though he was the one who asked out Minako’s friend. One of the choices the player can make is to get into a fist-fight with the girl or tell her off, revealing a spitfire spirit under her cheery personality.
A notable aspect of her personality is her ability to adapt to her surroundings at an astounding speed. Junpei and Mitsuru make a note of this a week or two after Minako’s first arrival, for the player has the option to choose that she’s settling in well at her school or that she still needs more time to get used to her new surroundings. I chose the former, since it has been noted that she moves around each year because she’s an orphan. However, Minako also shows this ability to adapt during the Dark Hour and in excursions through Tartarus. In her first time ever battling Shadows, she is able to keep a cool head and soundly defeat them with minimum effort. This carries into her battle prowess and ability to switch between different Personas.
Another striking facet of Minako’s character is something that isn’t always seen, which is her courage. Though her ‘courage’ stat plays a part in certain Social Links, it’s in her choices and actions that it is only observed sometimes. Even though everyone in the school avoided her friend in the Hermit Link, Minako seems to be the only one who has the courage to continue staying her friend. It’s also seen in the endgame, in which she goes to face the very last boss all by herself. Though, in the end, she knows that she is never alone because her friends are there for her in spirit, no matter what.
Minako’s loyalty to others is something else that cements her relationships with other people. Other than the Hermit Social Link, she shows this in her other Social Links as well as through the main storyline. The best example of this is when Ryoji gives her the choice of killing him or letting him live. The former will allow them all to live peacefully until Nyx’s arrival, whereas the latter will force them into a battle with her (Nyx) for the lives of the entire world. Minako chooses the spare him, not only because she wants to fight for their lives, but also because she is friends with him. Even if she does choose to kill him, she takes no enjoyment in the act. In this instance, she has chosen to fight Nyx.
She is a person who is willing to lend an ear to anybody who needs one. At the same time, Minako is a shoulder to lean on if anyone stumbles. This is something that others subconsciously use her for, but she has no problems whatsoever in this. The best examples are in all of her Social Links. Each one of them exploits this side of her, such as when Ken talks about his mother’s death or Junpei reveals that his father is an alcoholic, and couldn’t dreg up the courage to go home until the end of his Social Link. Perhaps a more heartwarming example is when Minako befriends an elementary school girl named Maiko, whose parents are going through a rough divorce at home. The girl blames herself, and Minako is there as a big sister figure for her.
Her skill at saying what needs to be said in order to gently nudge someone onto the right path is uncanny. Though Minako doesn’t say much, it’s just her presence and willingness to simply listen that helps others the most. She doesn’t ever seem to mind this. For example, she is able to help a girl named Rio change from being someone unable to understand that flexibility is needed into someone who at least begins to understand this need. At the same time, she also helps Rio accept her romantic feelings for a childhood friend. Minako has also helped a dying young man (the Sun Social Link) in having a peaceful passing, and even helps to encourage him to finish writing his book.
[ Strengths/Weaknesses ] :
*Haruka can wield any Persona, however she can only ‘equip’ a small fraction of them. The maximum number of Personas she can have are 12, and she is able to switch between her Personas once per round. Her power then is reliant on the Persona’s power, determining whether she’s better at spell casting or physical attacks. This is also true for her weaknesses, as she will take on whatever weakness her current Persona has, which can range from elemental to physical weak points.
*Other than Personas, she can also use a Naginata, which is something like a spear.
*In order to summon a Persona, she must use her Evoker. Without it, she will be unable to use the spells and other abilities granted. All Haruka will have are the heightened stats, weaknesses, and whatever strengths there are.
*The friends Haruka makes can also be seen as a weakness of hers as she will do anything and everything in her power to make sure that they’re okay.
*For the purposes of Vatheon, she will mostly have lower-level Personas instead of her powerhouses.
[ Other Important Facts ] :
*Haruka had carried a fragment of Death within her for ten years of her life.
*It’s been noted in canon that she eats a lot. As such, I wouldn’t think it so farfetched as to assume that she can eat as much as Minato can in the manga-verse.
*I went friendship route in ALL of her Social Links, so nobody is pressured into a relationship with her.

Ewwww, salt water? But…I wasn’t anywhere near Yakushima, or even a beach!
[Her voice is heard from a little ways away, as if she had accidentally dropped the SFC. Haruka picks up the starfish, her expression one of complete befuddlement.]
…Aw, how cute! Let’s see, here.
[She fiddles with the device for a minute before realizing what it’s capable of doing…and also realizes that it is recording her right now. The brunette grins a tad sheepishly.]
Hey, there! I seem to have gotten a bit…lost. Can anyone tell me where I am, and how to get back to Japan, at least?
[Haruka does have quite a bit of money from all the fighting she has done against the Shadows.]
Also, if anyone’s seen any of my friends, I’d appreciate it! They’re strong, but I’m worried about them all the same.
[The girl smiles cheerfully before cutting off the feed, awaiting response.]
