I actually had to band myself from stepping foot in a Sephora. The last time I did I spent $80 freakin' dollars that I really shouldn't have blown like that. They have really good quality stuff but some of it is soooo expensive.

Hahaha, I totally get your point! I only used to have access to Sephora while on holiday in France and yes, my spending used to be into the scary figures (I think the "low" point was a whopping €120 in one go). Having Sephora closer to home means I can keep my make-up collection in shape without having to resort to a once-a-year spending spree. Most of the time I get their Sephora Brand and then only the make-up and tools. Anything else I need for my bathtime 'regime' (how's that for formal ;)) I get from Lush, Dutch department store HEMA, local healthfood stores or plain old Nivea :)

Yeah I know exactly what you mean with the exclusiveness! I always hope that stores like Victoria's Secret or Starbucks come to Holland. On the other hand I really don't want to spoil the fun of going abroad and only be able to shop at those stores then and there!
Hmm..I usually get a 15% discount on everything that is sold in the V&D..I'll check whether Sephora is included..if it is YAY! \o/
