i thought I was ready/ but i was just trying to please/ i said the right lines/you took what you wanted/ well you got what you wanted/ youd never know that i wasnt ready/ no i wasnt ready/ we were two kids out of control/ for one night we thought wed take a chance/ cant go back/ cant tear down these walls/ i wasnt ready
