What precautions do you have to take this time around? I'm totally thinking of you. (I'd pray but I'm not religious...) Maybe a protections spell or something?

thanks. well, i'm probably going to have a million dr. appointments. lots of ultrasounds. a heart moniter. i'll be on bedrest towards the end. i'll most likely have an early baby cause i can't go full term. another c-section. just a lot of crap but it's worth it!
