I'm so excited for the NINETY MINUTE!!!! finale, but also sad cuz that means waiting for the next season.
I hadn't realized that in the comics Deanna is actually a man named Doug. This is why I like the show and not the books, the show writers are better and create stronger female characters.
I borrowed volumes 1-6 from the library, I think I read 1-5 and then gave up. I was put off by the superfluous sex and the very male-centric characterization of female characters. The tv show writers knew they had to fix all that, and they do it awesomely.
The new episode was so good and shit really hit the fan! I'm super worried now for the finale because some people are saying there's going to be a major death and I swear if anybody touches a hair on Daryl, Glenn or Carol's head, I will cry hard. I'm still not over Beth's death...
But yes. So many good parts to this week's. The ending with Rick was so intense but we all saw it coming, right? And my heart broke when that girl said, "It's their world, we're just living in it." Because it's so true if you think about it.
Yeah shit really hit the fan... Crazy! And yeah I'm super worried too. I would say that normally Daryl, Rick and Carl are safe though. But I just spend some time on a TWD forum and now I'm not so sure anymore, lol. Not that there are actual spoilers though, but when people reason regarding certain things, as speculation, I'm like: ohhhh, okay, yeah, good point.
Yes, my heart broke over that line too. I can't believe I forgot to add that in my post, but that's such a real line and so true. Terribly sad indeed.
