Ok, so many of you know that I am hypothyroid and that this stupid condition causes a slow down in my metabolism that (among other things) makes me tired all the time, makes my hair fall out, and makes me gain weight by merely thinking about food while conversely making it extremely difficult to lose weight.  I have felt out of sorts for a while ( Read more... )

1.5 pounds is something and its great!!!! I will deff be here for you~ You have been so great to be encouraging to me, so I will be here for you, online here!! I'll be praying for you as you make this journey. I know this is going to be hard because of the health issues that you have. But I do hope the change in drs will help in the progress. I mean, wouldn't it be great if you actually felt better??? Amazing!!! And it would just be in line with everything else that appears to be happening up North =)

Anywho, I love you. You rock!!!!

Ah yes, the ever expanding belly :) Just when you think you can't get any bigger...you DO! I'll always listen to that rant. And just in case nobody mentioned it, the body that you get after the munchkin moves in to bigger digs is not the body you started with :P I so relate to exercise not being a problem...I have exercised the vast majority of my life (taking time off for pregnancy and injuries), but the exercise that I do does not yield the same results in my body as it would for someone else...just doesn't feel fair some days! Alas, this is the body that God has allotted me so I have to take care of it :) Thanks for your prayers and you will be in mine!
