Last Saturday my mother and I went to Rocky Ridge Farm in Mansfield, Missouri.  They were holding their annual Laura Ingalls Wilder Festival.  And since it was my b-day and my mom and I are big fans of Laura's we went for my b-day.  Here are the pictures we took there at the farm.

So glad you enjoyed yourself.

To bad they didn't allow inside pictures.
I would have been great if they sold postcards or
offer a broucher showing the inside of the home..
If availible, I buy them in case I can't get pictures.

Oh thank you for this. I was charmed as a girl by these wonderful stories and still am. Her writings and just her plain life were inspiring to me. I'm glad you had the chance to visit and enjoy your special day in this way.
