Aww. Sometimes it helps to just think happy thoughts. I know that sounds kind of hokey, but holding onto some happy thoughts or memories can help gear your mind towards a happier disposition. That's half the battle won. If that doesn't work, curl up in bed and watch a few funny shows/movies. That is a sure fire way to feel good. :)
