She obviously speaks from experience!
thinking about it, her idea of having a highly physical hobby is a better one than mine of going out for a beer. Swim, Ride a Bicycle, lift weights (and the weight of dice doesn't count) Roller blade/Ice Skate.

I'm glad you went out and had fun. =]
Try to reward yourself at least once a day when you complete a task. =] That's what I do. You'll feel so much more at ease.
