something has felt increasingly unbalanced this last week. i'm really trying to admit what i think it may be.

sometimes i find myself rummaging through old memories & i feel so ashamed i'm not sure how i raise my head. when i read those pages, i'm nauseated. forgiving myself is the hardest thing i've ever had to work on. i should be thankful i'm able to recognize these things. i've been a brand new man.
