We learned about him in my sophomore year Musicology class (w/ Prof Garrett). I really like his song "Last Goodbye" :).

Yeah that's how I started to like him. That class literally changed my life, and Prof Garrett was amazing. I'm actually taking Musicol121 just to have him again haha. You should listen to "Grace" or really, any of his songs; they are so entrancing and so real.

I actually did not think Garrett was that great ... I had Clague the semester afterwards, and maybe it was because it was a seminar, but I really enjoyed that class - it was 406, "Music and Society" or something like that.
