One of my LJ friends (sirwilliam, in case you're not reading my friends' page) made a post about swine flu, and included a photo of dead pigs being bulldozed into what is presumably a dumpster of some sort. Have you tried CSA resources?

They mostly do produce, but they might have some leads on meat.
