Mollie's "Crime": Mollie is too large for the retirement community where my mother lives. Because most residents have smaller dogs who walk by Mollie (who my mother walks with a MUZZLE and a SHORT leash), she sometimes gets into the usual "chest thumping dust-ups" we see every day at dog parks. "Mollies first proper hearing is set for Thursday, Oct. 6th. We are desperately trying to raise the funds to fly the LA attorney to Vacaville, put him up, pay his (incredibly REDUCED fee), pay a behavioral expert to testify for Mollie, pay for the court filings, etc. etc. Tails of Joy will then pay for retraining Mollie if we can save her."
