Ok, here's the lowdown...

I dobbed my boss in for verbally and psychologically abusing another member of staff... now I'm down to 1 shift per week... time I got the union involved...

No-one desrves that within a workplace environment and no-one should have to deal with it...

Workplaces are a bitch. i think ive just been sacked and i have NO IDEA WHY. no one has said anything to me that i was doing anything wrong, i dont know of anything i could have done to upset the bastards, and i just ring up one day to ask for my shifts and get told im not even on the rosters!!! like i never was even there for the last 4 months!!! DIckHEAds!

Ask them y ur not getting anymore shifts... you have a right to.
If your availability hasn't changed and you haven't been told anything, you have a legal right to ask them why and make them explain...
