Ok, here's the lowdown...
I dobbed my boss in for verbally and psychologically abusing another member of staff... now I'm down to 1 shift per week... time I got the union involved...
No-one desrves that within a workplace environment and no-one should have to deal with it...

If your availability hasn't changed and you haven't been told anything, you have a legal right to ask them why and make them explain...
