So I just made my first home made smoothy. Cranberry juice lite (w/splenda), yogurt, frozen strawberries, a random orange that was too squishy to eat and some ice. Its yummy, and not nearly so sweet as the ones I've had in stores. I like the taste of smoothies, but most of the ones I've gotten in shops are just tooo sweet so I don't get them.

And at times, I'll throw in a banana if I want that creamy texture. I've honestly not used milk products in my smoothies....maybe once or twice I tried ice cream, but really, the fruit and juice is enough of a thick treat for me.
And if you have a lot of people around, everyone can pick the fruit they want in their smoothy.
