Hayden has just had the most significant weekend of his life so far. He can't say what happened, because he doesn't exactly know yet, and because it's not the sort of thing he wants to post on here, but he appologises if he's a bit odd with any of you as a result.

And after consideration, I do know what happened during my training this weekend, what I don't know is what I need to do about it, or if there is anything I can do about it. If not it's going to have huge repercussions throughout the rest of my life, and if I can it's going to give me everything I want. It's about change. I can see the need for a change, but I don't know if I can make the change. I think because it's about me not knowing where here is, so changing from an unknown state is going to be very difficult.

I realise that to anyone other than me this post is going to make any sense, but I'm typing for me (I think) not you, so I'm sorry about that, but it's the way it is.
