I've never jogged 11-13 miles so you have me beat there. Usually army runs are 3-5 miles and the pace changes depending on which run group your in. What we do though is ruck march 12-13 miles with a 30 pound backback. It's no slow walk and by the end your struggling to keep up with the person in front of you, which usually means jogging to wear you belong, falling back as you walk, and then jogging back up again.
