Anyway, you should post your IGNs (in-game names) so that Josh and I can add you on friends. Depending on the campaign you bought (we both have Factions, Josh has the original, and I have Nightfall and Eye of the North), one or both of us should be able to give you a hand on something.
My IGN is Unwaking Abyss, and while I doubt Josh will have a problem with me posting his, I'll refrain from doing so.
